Willie came and measured, showed me some samples and pictures, sent me pics of color swatches b.c he hadn't had them the first time for the wood blinds that I originally hadn't thought of having. The products were cut, we set up an appointment for him to come, and he installed. Everything looks great. I wish it were this easy and straightforward with other contractors in the area for other things

The repairman was on time, polite and very knowledgeable about his trade. He accessed the problem very quickly and made the necessary repairs. The cost for the service call was very fair and I would highly recommend them.

Willy was able to climb on his ladder, in what seemed to me an impossible position, to put the cord back in the housing and then install a screw in the cement wall to prevent it from slipping out again......Amazing! He was on time......Professional.....Pleasant. I paid by credit card and received an email receipt as well as a folder with his card, a paper receipt, and information re: the company and warranty information. I was referred to Fantastic Blinds (Willy) by a neighbor who was so impressed by his work, I remembered her comments.

It went exceeding well, professionally done, no mess. Willie is a very pleasant and courteous young man. I will certainly hire them again. I was amazed at the price I paid, I expected it to be around double!! It was not a big job, many contractors would not have taken it on, they would have considered it too small for them to bother. I had actually contacted a company before this one, and seemingly they thought it too small to be bothered, as they never got back to me. But not Fantastic4Blinds, no job is too small for them. I'll recommend them to all my friends and neighbours.

All jobs went very smoothly. Correspondence was through texts/emails and always addressed within a reasonable amount of time. Appointment times were always kept. No pressures/no hard sells. Reasonable suggestions and advice were made and given. Prices were better than most other places. Work was done quickly, neatly and tidy.

No problems noted. Blinds look great. I have some pictures of the blinds. I had over 10 windows needing covering since the previous owner did not take care of maintaining them and a few of them were cut on purpose and rendered unusable.

Outstanding job. We wanted to match the vertical-slat pattern of an existing set of vertical blinds in another room. They researched our pattern, found that the original manufacturer no longer offered it, and located an exact duplicate of the pattern from another manufacturer. Reasonable pricing. Prompt, efficient, professional service in quoting, obtaining materials, and installation. Ensured the work was done to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.

It went excellent. While other companies didn't want to even bother coming to my homefor the repair, or others simply wanted to sell me new treatments altogether, Fantastic4Blinds was willing to help, and they knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my window treatments. I'm very happy with the way both repairs came out. They were also very punctual and notified me of when everything would be done and when they would come to do the repair (after the initial estimate). I gladly recommend them and would even consider them to buy treatments in the future.

Awesome! The blinds were exactly what I wanted. They fit my terrace windows beautifully, the track and mechanism work smoothly, and they make my living room look lovely. The company was professional and responsive to my questions and requests. The installation was smooth and done in a timely manner, and the cleanup was perfect. They went beyond my expectations! I had Fantastic4Blinds give me an estimate and install my new window treatments. Let me start by saying this is my first Angie's List review....First of all, Laura at the shop was really nice. Willy ( the owner) ALWAYS answered my calls and is very knowledgeable about his products. He gave me an estimate and did not try to charge me more by getting Hunter Douglas. Many other companies that I got estimates from said HD treatments are "so much more money." When Will called me with the estimate, he said the HD treatments were the exact same price as the Mermet treatments (he told me HD owns Mermet, which they do). So I paid the exact same price for HD as the Mermet costs and with a Somfy motor. I was thrilled. They ordered the treatments and told me they would be in in approximately 2 weeks. They arrived on time, and we set up the appointment for installation. I love that the owner of Fantastic4Blinds actually does the installation himself (with his sons). He was on time and his communication by phone was superb! He always let me know when he was on his way too. Will and his sons installed the blinds but we had a little "issue" with the blinds. Will came back to assess the situation and came up with a solution (at no charge). Will and Laura came on a Sunday to fix the "issue" and I am extremely happy with the final project. I put in two 12 foot motorized White Hunter Douglas solar screens with a Somfy remote control. The whole project was $3600. I am very happy with my choice to work with Willy and Laura at Fantastic4Blinds and would definitely use them again! Stacy

Great. Repaired blind and had the blinds back up in a week. I understand they come to the home, but ours was a small job.

The pull cords on our blinds on two sliding doors in our condo broke last week. The interior designer we used a few years ago purchased these blinds and never gave us a receipt so there was no way to know who manufactured them (no labels anywhere). I called a couple of places locally and no one was willing to schedule a service call for an unknown blind. Verticals and More on Miami Beach told me they only service what they sell, and they only sell Hunter Douglas (I used them to service my previous blinds for nearly 10 years, so I was surprised by their response). I found Willi and Fantastic4Blinds on Angie's List. He answered the phone himself, scheduled an appointment for the same week to come see what we have. This morning he called me about 10 minutes before he was due to arrive to let me know he was stuck in boat show traffic - an annual event here that creates major traffic snarls - and asked if he could move my appointment back a bit in hopes the traffic would die down. This was no problem for me so we set a new appointment time. He arrived exactly on time and apologized for the minor adjustment in his arrival time - which wasn't his fault. He immediately identified the brand of the blinds and had the parts necessary to repair them. While he was here I mentioned that the drapes on our Bedroom had never closed completely since they were installed 3 years ago, and our interior designer (who is likely out of business - horrible!) told us there was nothing she could do about it . He made a couple of minor adjustments to the drapes and in less than 5 minutes we have drapes that close! He also adjusted the rod length and cord length on the blinds in the bathroom to fit the size of the window. I had never really noticed, but they were both much longer than the window - now they look great! This is my new guy for drapes, upholstery and blinds. Absolutely no question now that I will renew my Angie's List subscription.

Prices were very reasonable compared to the ones from some of the others,very friendly staff, and I was extremely pleased with their beautiful work I'm looking forward to doing more business with Fantastic4blinds, their company name says it ALL they really are FANTASTIC!
