Mimi House Cleaning

Overall it was a great job.  Only complaint was they were a little late.  
Three people showed up and went to work.  They did everything I asked and at the end of the job the house looked great.

I am going to answer that question in my next review.  I will have them back again.  I thought they were very slow and I had to pay for an additional hour over the $70.00 deal.  However, in fairness, it was their first visit to my house and I wanted an in depth job done on my master bathroom which they did and that was time consuming.  After that they mopped the entire house and quickly polished the stainless steel appliances in my kitchen.
As I say, I will definitely give them another try next weekend.

There was a little confusion on the arrival time but not a big deal...they where a team of 2 and took roughly 3-4 hours to clean entire home (townhome 3bed 2.5bath 1630sqft) they brought own supplies and were every efficient

They were relatively thorough in their cleaning, although I did have to remind Amira that we wanted everything done each time as opposed to on occasion, such as including vacuuming under the beds and cleaning under and behind canisters and appliances (toaster- oven etc.) on the kitchen counter, which they weren't doing regularly.  My main problem with Amira was that my husband and I are very specific about what chemicals, cleaners etc. are to be used on our appliances, which are brand new, as well as certain items of furniture.  I didn't expect Amira to furnish them if they were different from what she generally used and had no problem providing them.  The  problem was that on numerous occasions she ignored my wishes and used what she wanted to use.  I was very specific, for example, about never using the "original" abrasive comet on anything in our home, and saw her about to use it in our stainless steel kitchen sink.  Her reply to me was that "Everyone uses it on their sinks."  On that same day she also insisted that she hadn't used something on a piece of furniture my husband actually saw her apply.  I realize that we are fussier than most in this regard, but we have some very precious furniture; our kitchen was just remodeled, and we want to be careful to follow manufacture's instructions and not scratch or damage the surfaces in any way.

It went well for the most part. They were really fast and were able to fit me in the next day. They didn’t do the greatest job though. They did everything in 2 hours with 3 girls at the same time. They used my personal equipment which wasn’t the best so it wasn’t that high quality of cleaning. They were all very nice. The owner was very nice and I like that she was there with the workers. I just would have liked a little better quality.

She is punctual, professional, friendly, trustworthy, and dedicated to getting the job done properly. We were extremely pleased. I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed!

I am very particular about house keepers and hadn't been able to find somebody who did a thorough job for years until someone recommended Amira's service. She and her crew have done an excellent job every time they come and I like that they are detail oriented and don't miss anything. She and her staff are also very flexible. They are available 7 days a week and do commercial cleaning as well as house cleaning. I have been more than satisfied and would recommend this service highly.
