Mr. Weis came out to the property well prepared to do a complete inspection of a 2400 sq. ft. home for us prior to purchase of the property and a complete home inspection is exactly what Mr. Weis provided. Mr. Weis was professional, courteous, on time, thorough, and took the time to explain what he was inspecting, why it was being inspected, and where there were issues, explained the issues and what we should expect accordingly in the future.
Mr. Weis provided important property reports prior to the actual inspection, photo documented just about everything, and provided comprehensive inspection and wind mitigation reports in a timely manner.
This was not our first real estate purchase. We would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Weis and would definitely use his services again in the future. The price may be slightly higher compared to some competitors out there. However, we went "cheap" on our last purchase and regretted it. Mr. Weis was well worth the extra money. The inspection is not a place you want to skimp.
