So far It is going well! They are responsive and reasonable on price. They did put a black unit in instead of a white one so we are just waiting for them to switch it out. When they do my letter grade of them will switch to an A!

Update: By Florida law, we can not have a white one installed, therefore the black will have to do. Up to this point everything has been perfect.

This service was for a regular maintenance service but we have been with Clearwater Treatment, Inc, for over 10 years, however, we just joined Angie's list and we now have an opportunity to share just how honest and dependable this company is. The techs have the most knowledge of all the types of water softening equipment used in SW Florida then any other company around. They have replaced equipment for us in the past and unlike other companies, they checked the serial numbers and told us it was under warranty rather then just replace it and charge us full price. This is something most people moving into our area and never having well water before wouldn't know.

The owner directly showed up for an estimate and was very straight forward on what we needed and didn't need. Unlike other companies, he was very honest and did not try to sell us services which were not necessary. He was very professional and provided us with knowledge that made sense. Since I was not going to be home during the installation process, he even came out at a later date to show us how the system worked and how often to refill with salt, etc.The prices were very reasonable and I would definitely use this provider again :)
