"Our company tried reaching out several time by the phone number on angies list. It said number was disconnected. So we also reached out by email and never had a response. Usually when it comes to angies list soon as we are notified we call immediately to make contact with customer. We also do service all of Englewood and all of Sarasota county."

"When I arrived at Mrs [Member Name Removed] i meet her at front door she asked if i had a mask. I responded back to her with, would you like to reschedule our appointment, and i will have mask when i return. She said no just meet me in garage. So after 15 to 20 mins of being in garage with no mask, mrs [Member Name Removed] brought me out a mask. I put mask on and then i enter in her home from garage to check out what i need for proposal. After i return back to garage were Mrs [Member Name Removed] previously let me be with NO MASK. she had questions for me and when i was talking i pulled my mask down for just a second, but did not take it off. Thats when she said to pull it back up, so i did. Never once did i take mask off in side home were elderly mother was. The proposal was for a new system and duct work in home, which Mrs [Member Name Removed] was going to remodel home in 2 months. I told her i did not fill comfortable installing new duct work in home that was going to be remodel in 2 months with walls coming down and construction dust and debris entering new system and duct work. We are a smaller size company and as the owner I am the only one who writes up these proposals for duct work and systems. Meet with her Wednesday late afternoon, and I had Family emergency on Thursday morning that kept me out of office till Monday. I had my office manager try to reach out to Mrs [Member Name Removed] several times with no answer or returned phone calls."

Which was for a direct change out. then you decided to move outside unit 15 feet away from original location. This is how the price changed. Also you Financed this system and you sign the agreement before we ever started work and it clearly the amount was written.
