Ultimately I am very satisfied. Through no fault of the Landscaper, we are having multiple rainy days and with my acceptance, we delayed much of the activity to avoid water run off interferring with the work. I would

recommend this business and will obtain other Landscaping services from this business in the future.
PS I waited until the work was completed to do this rating. I appreciate the offer of a Starbucks Card, but it is NOT necessary. Thank you just the same.

The first few weeks on the job, I was generally satisfied with the work. Chris was responsive and courteous. He just told me, though, that he was no longer going to provide service. Essentially, he took on a deal with a big client so he no longer had time for accounts like mine (at least the newer ones). He also complained about other customers on at least two occasions.

Chris came to our home and we discussed what we wanted done.  He was very upset that Angies list did not provide me with a list of plants from which to choose.   I asked what was available and he said pretty much what ever I wanted.  I told him I did not know much about plants and would be happy with purple and  white flowering plants. We of course needed milk weed and nectar plants for the butterflies. He said that would be easy. We discussed the shape of the garden and decided it would be a flowing garden on the edge of the yard.  The deal came with 4 trees. I really wanted a loguat tree and he said that counted as two trees and I was fine with that.  We decided that we would have 2  foxtail palms in the front yard and everything else would go in the back yard.  We were going away for the summer and agreed that I would contact him when we were ready to have the garden installed.  I asked him to e-mail me of the list of the plants we had chosen and a copy of the basic design.  He said his graphic program was not working but he would try.
I e-mailed Chris the date we would be home and asked that we be put on his calendar.  I again asked him to send me a list of the plants we had chosen.  I never  received an answer.
I called Chris when we returned home and asked if we were on his calendar.  He said I was supposed  to contact him when I returned home.  I said we were home so please schedule our project.  He said ok and gave me a date.  I asked if the plant choices were solidified and he said everything was set.  
Chris  postponed twice because the plants we chose were not available at the nursery.  I was pleased that he was particular about the plants.
When they finally arrived at our house, they did not have the two palm trees.  Chris said he thought we had changed our mind and that these were the plants on which we had decided.  He had brought the loquat tree and many more butterfly plants that were nice so I was fine with the substitution.
He couldn't remember the design we had chosen and I reminded him of what was chosen.  I explained twice where I wanted the loquat tree and it never did get placed in the right spot.  They chose to work through they pouring rain and ran out of mulch.
The end result was a nice butterfly garden, plantings by the pool cage base and work left to be done.  I had to write down the list of plants that were installed and he had to go back to his truck to find the name of some of the plants.  I did not receive any guidence on care for the plantings. They seemed in a rush to leave.
Over all, I like the garden, feel as a customer I was a bother, and that they just wanted to go away.  I have to mulch the plantings by the cage, and research the care of all the plantings.

Very prompt and courteous. Does a great job on the lawn and edging. Doesn't shear the grass so short it burns; leaves it long enough so the lawn looks lush and green.

Listened to what I wanted - slow growing, easy maintenance with some color. Did a great job.

The plants look good, and they did good work. They delivered what they said they would. They weren't super friendly up front. The work looks good.

They were not very timely and it was hard to get an appointment set up.  It was not ideal and I could have been a better experience.

It went excellent. The owner came on time and delivered even more than we expected. He was very polite and fair on the price.  He provided a service to us above and beyond what we expected and we are very pleased with what they did. I would highly recommend them for any lawn care services.  I will be using them for future lawn care services.

I accepted the Big Deal one day and next day he was at my house to see where I wanted the mulch.  I selected  a mulch to match what my yard had already and he matched it by going to Lowes to pick it up.  The following day he was here with another worker and had my yard done within 45 minutes!  Amazing!  Great job and followed instructions as where we had agreed the day before where I wanted the mulch.  Would certainly use his service again!

Chris came with Craig and they put the mulch down and did a wonderful job.  They put it
on light and  had 4-5 bags left.  We put them in the garage for later.  They also sprayed for weeds in the circle out in front of the house.  It really looks beautiful!  Thanks!

Excellent experience with Good N Green.  We will be purchasing mulch from this company in future years!  When the purchase was first made, a date was determined for delivery.  A day later, Good N Green called to ask if they could move up the delivery date.  It was all good.  Excellent service, excellent products, outstanding courtesy!

I spoke to him prior to him coming - the deal was for 25 bags of mulch - but I knew my property would take more - so he agreed to bring addtional bags at the same price per bag. He also asked what color mulch we wanted (dark brown). On the scheduled day, he did call to say he was running a little late, and gave me a new estimated time (which was great for me still). He again confirmed the color of mulch and the number of bags, When he arrived, we went over the areas to be mulched - I requested the mulch be put on heavier than normal (we did not have any mulch in the areas), and I was glad to see he put on as I had requested, and cleaned up. I was also very impressed with the mulch, as he did not buy the cheapest stuff available - he used a premimum product.
This was a great experience. I have more areas that need mulch, and asked him to contact me when he was going to be back in the area (I live in the very south area he covers, Marco, and he lives far north).

We were happy with the work. After requesting an estimate we received a call almost Immediately. Chris came out and did a walk through of the property and made many suggestions for a variety of native plants. After agreeing on a plan, we received a written estimate within 24 hours. We scheduled the installation at our convenience. Chris and the team arrived on time and did an exceptional job of installation of plants and clean-up.

Good N Green have the best prices for some of the services that they provide. They are always there when I call them, they come whenever they say they are going to be here. Their quality is better than anyone else in the area that I have used. They are dependable, it is better to deal with them than with anybody else because it is a new company and he is trying to build business and keep his customers happy. I have dealt with bigger companies and I was not happy.

The story is not over, yet.

The plants were pretty small; I thought they would bring more mature plants. He didn't cut the sod like my wife wanted it but he did it the way I told him. They were very responsive. He said some of the sod would take off and grow but it didn't so I called him and he came right back. We got a couple different estimates. The price was the best but not for what we got.

Chris is very professional-he came to our house, gave us the name of all the plants/trees and if they were good or bad vegetation. Told us he would be back the next week, which he did.  Mowed our lawn, trimmed trees and put our weed killer.We were very pleased with his work and have hired him to do our yard work.

It took a while to get things moving by way of E-Mail, but in the end we are all satisfied.

Fast and they clean the drive way and remove all the debris.
