At the beginning when I hired him he wanted the $95 at the beginning of the month. He told me he would cut the grass every week depending on the growth. He did not want the money at the end of the month or every week he insisted on getting the money at the beginning of the month. He would come out when the grass was wet. I told him I did not want the service anymore, but I had already paid him in the beginning of the month and I want the rest of my money back. I have contacted him several times about returning my money and he has never responded.

They changed owners and I am not too happy with the new owners. I looked them up today and called him to tell him I thought my lawn needed mowing. They are not as consistent as the other guy. I think when they come they will do okay but it looks like I don't have a lawn service. He seems nice when he comes but I am just not happy. I am actually thinking about looking for somebody else to do the job. I think I have given them enough time that they could not come on a proper time. Explaining my expectations that they were okay and they will be right over, they did come right over then after I have called them. I know that in summer time, the grass grows faster but I don't really think they are coming regularly on a weekly basis. They might be late maybe 9 or 10 days, between or something like that. It is not really something that I am happy with. My back yard looks like the weeds are blooming and the grass has got little thick. It is like you just didn't do the lawn stuff and you just don't want to go out there and do it. When you have lawn service, you expect that your yard looks manicured most of the time. I think they are giving me a pretty good price on that as far as I know. I haven't checked out other prices. Basically, what they do is mow the lawn and plant. I have them on a contract so they come here year round that is why I get the better price. I have expectations for them to carry out and what they are supposed to do and I don't know if they are doing it. I don't know when he is coming back exactly. I kind of knew when the other guy was coming. He had me scheduled that they would come and I kind of knew when to expect them. But this guy, I don't know when to expect him.

Chuck (the owner) was extremely punctual. You could almost set your watch by him showing up at 10 AM on Tuesdays. If it was raining, you would normally expect a call from him saying when he would reschedule. His crew always cleaned up after themselves, and took pride in their work, especially their edging.

Chuck himself is there almost every week, and is extremely polite and professional. He will stop and answer questions about your lawn and its care, and seems to take a personal interest in his clients (ie., I had heart failure a few months after we hired him, and when I finally got home, he was genuinely concerned every time I came outside to meet him).

In essence, a very respectful young man, and one I would hire again if I needed lawn care. I have recommended this company to both family and others.

Chuck and his crew have been cutting my lawn for at least three years. He and the guys are always punctual, friendly and professional. He's always made time to answer my questions and make sure he's providing the best service. Great guy, great business.

Hired AAA Quality Clean Cut to take care of yard on a monthly basis. Everything has gone very well.

Chuck (owner) and his crew are punctual, usually arriving during the same half-hour each week. Their equipment is well maintained, and his crew's appearance is positive and professional. Care is taken not to damage sprinkler heads or plant beds. All walks and street are well edged, and all clippings are blown off walks and driveway. Very competent work, and dealing with Chuck is a joy, finding a younger man with the maturity and professionalism of one who understands that his word is the basis of his business.

We recently bought a home on a canal in P**** Gorda Isles with lovely landscaping that was starting to get overgrown/unruly. We are not living there yet, and probably won't be there much during the next few months, but we needed someone to mow the lawn and keep the trees and landscaping trimmed. Chuck went to the house, took photos with his phone and emailed them to me in New Hampshire. Then he called and we discussed what he recommended for lawn care and cleaning up the shrubs and trees. He sent me a detailed estimate and did the work the following week on our regular 'service day'. He sent me another batch of photos after the trimming and clean up was complete. I'm a New Englander and at first I thought the shrubs were cut back too much . . . oh dear. Chuck was very patient with me, and explained the growth rates and seasonal differences for all the ornamentals on the property - he seems very knowledgeable and professional. He is very meticulous and prompt, which we really appreciate - other lawncare contractors either didn't call back or were very slow to respond. Chuck uses technology to his advantage - there is nothing like before and after photos when you're not there to see it for yourself! Chuck also takes the time necessary to explain what he's doing and why - which is important to us because we are not familiar with Florida when it comes to lawn and garden work. I feel confident that Chuck will take excellent care of the lawn and landscaping and that he'll educate me in the process so I can assume more responsibility for the yard when I am living there. His rates are reasonable and comparable to what others quoted, but I think he is one of the better business persons we've encountered in the area so far!

Chuck and his crew did an outstanding job from start to finish, His estimate was very reasonable and he came out less than 24 hours after I called. The job was a bit of a daunting task, but they did an excellent job getting my jungle under control at a minimum cost. I will have them back out to finish off the landscaping once I decide what else I want to plant and where I want to plant it. Recommended highly.

Overall the job goes very well. They don’t cut my grass to short. They always show up and they do a great job, trimming very carefully. They make sure to remove items out of their way. They don’t run over my hose or anything.

The owner & assistant did exactly as I asked regarding grass length and trimming. He explained his billing procedures and his prices, were very reasonable. Hew made very effort to earn my business.

This is my second review. I just wanted to say that they did exactly as asked for the second time. Their quality is consistent. I like it when my instructions are followed each time.

They did a great job on the landscaping. They showed up on time. They did what they said they were going to do. They showed up with enough people and equipment, so they were able to finish it within two long days of work.

I hired them last July on a temporary basis. I liked their work so well that I signed an annual contract with them. They charge me $70 a cut, if we did it on a per-cut basis. When I first started, I thought that their price was high but as I found out, it is not. It works out to be $7 an hour for me, which is really cheap. They show up, do an excellent job and do more than you would expect. They take obvious pride in what they do. Mowing 3 acres of land is a big job. It takes me 3 days to do it, while they do it in an hour and a half. Every time they mow, they mow in a different direction, as you are supposed to, and they are careful to do that, and are also careful not to injure things. They don’t bag the grass; they just mulch it. I was impressed with their professionalism - be it their website or their response to my phone calls. Chuck, the owner, is obviously in business because he knows what he can and can’t do, and because he has a good crew. It has been a good experience working with him. I had no intention of carrying a long-term relationship with them actually. I’m sure whatever type of property was presented to them, they would do a good job. I am satisfied with them. I would use them in the future and recommend them to others.
