Technician arrived at our home in a timely manner. Was expecting a sales pitch as our unit is around 9 years old. Technician checked over the system and gave us a quote of $150 to repair the unit and waived the service fee with the repair. What a nice change! Would suggest using this company.

Salesman took advantage of near 80 year old widow that was not well versed in handling such decisions. Wanted to charge $3900 to replace an AC coil so that he could steer toward buying a new unit. When he saw that there was not going to be multiple estimates, he charged $12500 for an average make 3 ton 16 seer unit ($5000-6000) avg cost. When the unit put out noxious fumes, he then sold an attic full house duct replacement for $6500. Double priced. I call this unconscionable predatory pricing.
