☆☆ Beware of this company LAN Home Improvements. As a customer I am warning you of the integrity of this work. Jesus did not come finish the job after MULTIPLE issues were found: Paint peeled off walls, broken enclosure, toilet was installed incorrectly resulting in the subflooring needing to be replaced.. This result in a court case in which he agreed in mediation to pay but then did not a judgement has been placed. Please be advised that this is public information and available at Polk County Clerk of courts.Trusting this company ended up with paying more than the estimate he provided, more headaches than it was worth and so many wasted hours. To date the owner Jesus has not taken responsibility for his actions nor attempted to make payments as specified by the court.
