Their work ethic and professionalism was excellent. They were extremely disappointed that they were unable to find the problem. I appreciated their honesty with regard to the problem. They could have lied to me and said that the system was faulty and needed to be replaced but instead they took the correct route and let me know that I needed to try some other company and they suggested two possible companies. They told me that their rates were somewhat higher but they had a larger pool of technicians with greater odds of finding the problem. I followed their advice and was able to get the problem resolved the next day.
I would use this company again because of their honesty. The easy fix to any problem is to replace the old system. These guys knew that the system was okay but there was a problem within it that they were unable to find. They did the right thing and admitted defeat. I'll take that over lies any day.

I called at about 8:30AM. They were here to look at the problem at about 9:15AM. I was told I needed a new fan motor and was told the cost and that he could pick it up and install the motor that afternoon. At 11:30AM they returned and installed the motor. The work was very professional and neat. In asking many questions, I determined they really knew their business. They are coming back to do an annual cleaning and service on the unit. I am also going to have them install an electronic air cleaner.I have used many heating and air conditioner contractors in different areas because I have 10 rental houses, These folks are the best I've seen.

They are the best in the area. I call them and they are here in a flash. He is very knowledgeable, good, reasonable and stands behinds his work.
