After finishing the job I noticed that my paint was coming up on my deck that they just finished. I called and left message after message and he finally responded and said he would look. He never came. I had to do the touch up myself. Now, 5 months later 1/3 of the paint is coming up and I have tried to reach Robert, the owner, a number of times. He responded back once. It has been 2 weeks and he never has responded again or came out to see it. Unfortunate, because I treated them like family, allowing them to use my pool to cool off and provided them with cold drinks while working. I now have to repaint the deck the proper way because they didn't follow the manufacturer of the paints instuctions, which states that you need to prime the surface before painting. Robert is very unprofessional as to handling issues.

I gave him a deposit in Aug of 2017. He said I needed stucco work and would send "his guy". His guy never came. In Jan of 2018 I found out that my builder was going to re-stucco my house as a warranty job, and that they would also paint it free of charge., So... in February of 2018 I asked him to refund my deposit. It's May, and he has not refunded my deposit.

Job turned out really really well. The crew arrived early and started right away. Friendly, professional crew. I felt comfortable with these guys. I didn't feel like any of my belongings would disappear. No after shocks on price. The price I paid was exactly what I was quoted. Same goes for the time frame. Start date was about two weeks from my initial call for an estimate, which is free. Two weeks later, crew shows up and about two days later, BAM!!!, new house. This is a great company and I would most definitely use them again. Awesome awesome job. Thanks guys.
