Unispect

He made me think I was buying a fortress. Instead i'm left with a termite eatten property roof, walls,, subfloor, attic and foundation structural integrity major complications. He said the electrical was all updated, it's not, even had active knob and tube. Said complete replumb, have huge levels of iron in my drinking water and cracked sewer pipes because they are cast pipes, I can even see them under the house, and he was under the house. I pointed out what looked like a water leak in the living room. He said it was fine. Within 3 months I had water in my living room and kitchen. This was the worst inspection. I never would have bought this house had I had an honest inspector and an honest inspection. Giving him an 'F' is too kind. Save yourself and hire someone else.
