Tom's crew showed up on time when we were finally able to schedule the work to be performed while I was home.
The guys were methodical in their approach and even performed a few extra cuts after we were able to see what the initial trimming entailed. He let me determine the extra to pay for the over the estimate for the extra cuts. Very professional and courteous.
Would use these guys again should the need arise.

I've used their services twice. The owner, Tom, is actually on the job supervising his men. I can get a quote from him, shake his hand, and that's his word; he's that kind of person. He is willing to give you a quote in writing, but he's a very honest person. He has excellent equipment, which includes a Bucket Truck (not every tree company has this). This really makes it better to access tall trees. He always shows up on time and his pricing is very competitive. Once the work is complete, they clean everything up, including the chips, saw dust, and debris. They even rake and blow to make sure everything is clean!
