He did a horrible job. In fact it was so bad that I had much of it redone. The back porch was too large an area to have redone.

Mike comes across as a very nice guy with a good price, but it is the service provided and follow-up that count. Though the job was "completed", it was done very poorly (see photos) and would have been even worse if during the job we did not point out many places where the tile edges were not level with adjacent tiles. Though he re-did the ones we noticed at the time, we had to pay for the replacement tiles and extra mud needed. We have a very large air-brushed mural on the entire back porch wall. When he applied the grout, he got quite a bit on the lower edge of the mural wall and he did not remove it right away. (see photo) When he tried later, he also removed part of the mural, revealing the blue paint behind the mural. We got an estimate to have the mural fixed, but Mike would not respond to repeated requests via telephone. We finally gave up. The front porch was acceptable, but the bathrooms were so bad that we ended up having someone else remove all the tile he installed on the walls and floor and redo the tile. Wow, what a difference - now we know what a really good tile job looks like. We would have had them redo that back porch, but because it is so large, it was too expensive to consider. We have attached a few photos from the back porch, but could have easily included dozens. Oh yeah, one more thing. We ended up having 2 of the 3 bathroom toilets leak. What a mess. When we removed the toilets to repair the leak, we found that the wax ring was not compressed at all and that no spacers and/or a larger wax seal were added to adjust for the added height of the tile and mud.
