The gentleman was at my home within two hours of my placing the phone call. Recognizing I had needed them to come out on a Saturday, it was more pricey than had it not been an emergency situation. It was determined that I needed more freon, my coil is getting really old, and I need to do a better job of cleaning the filter. The gentleman even took the time to show me how to  clean the filter. He was extremely polite to both my mom and myself. I would definitely use this company again and refer them. Many times, as a woman, I feel belittled or overcharged due to my gender. That was definitely not the case with this company.

They are an efficient organization and they don’t tell you that you need stuff done when you don’t need it. They tell you upfront what needs to be done and they take care of the problem.

They showed up on time and went right to work.  Everything went well until they tried to start up the blower to blow the insulation into the attic over the home office area.  The blower just would not work.  The owner of the company came right out and they diagnosed the problem and replaced a transformer in the blower.  Even with the problems encountered, they finished only 30 minutes later than the quoted time.
Thye were very professional and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone.
