Mr.Penny was very professional and from the start was pleasant and friendly. After the inspection was complete he made sure we had no further questions. We actually had three separate inspections done . Home inspection was $250.00 Wood devouring organisms was 50.00 Pool was 50.00 He was extremely thourough on all three.
