Flooring
They were not good. They tried to help us, but they did not order the right stuff, and the coordination was bad, and we had to go ask them. Then they didn't order enough, and we had to have it, and so we stuck with them. It was a hassle to get the job done. They didn't measure it well. They are very nice , and said sorry, but the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, that was obvious. The installation was fine. To get the right stuff was a hassle. The price was average. The lady who was helping us was full of apologies, but they obviously didn't know what they were talking about.

Carpet Installation
THE ONLY REASON THEY DIDN'T GET THE HIGHEST RATING IS BECAUSE I DIDN'T CARE FOR THE SALES PERSONNEL. THEY WERE KIND OF RUDE. I ASKED FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO HELP US. THE INSTALLER LEFT CUTTINGS AND LEFT OUR OLD CARPET, AND THE CONTRACT PLAINLY STATED THEY WOULD REMOVE ALL THE OLD CARPETING.
