Edwin and his crew were amazing! They installed our gutters and leaf guards and were so efficient! They did the job perfectly in such a short amount of time, even in our unpredictable Florida weather. I'll use these guys again if I need to, and I definitely recommend!

Upon first contacting the company, they were very professional and responsive. I asked for a downspout to be moved and a gutter to be re-leveled. My goal was to eliminate some roof streaking, eliminate standing water in the gutter where mosquitoes were breeding and eliminate pooling by the front door. They came out and provided an estimate and indicated due to the age of the gutters (bit over 20 years) that they would need to replace them and would use screw in hangers vs. the nail in hangers used back then. Their price was good compared to the other companies I had contacted and we set a date for the work. The guys who showed up could not have been better. They were polite and it was clear they knew what they were doing. They took care of the job in fairly short order. It looked good. Then that night we had a heavy rain. Unfortunately the pooling by the front door continued and the gutter held a lot of water afterwards. I contacted them and we set a time for them to come out. Unfortunately the person could not make it and we rescheduled. In the end I had to continue to call and reschedule multiple times. When he did come out he made the adjustments and everything worked perfectly in the next rain storm. I think this company is good overall and has people who are doing a good job. I do think they need to work on their communication process a bit and they need to prioritize current customer issues a little higher. I would not have even mentioned the multiple rescheduling efforts if they had come out the first time and taken care of it.

My wife and I are very pleased overall with the work done by Higher Ground Gutters. They came highly rated and they did not disappoint. Edwin was punctual , easy to talk to and very accommodating. He gave us good suggestions and seems to be very knowledgeable about his work. His crew did a great job. My wife was impressed by the efficiency and tidiness of their work which they finished before a heavy downpour that night. We noticed excessive splashing on the gutter draining to the lower roof and texted him right away. He promised to take a look at it which he did. He was nice enough to just charge us Minimally for extra material to fix it. All in all we are very happy with this company. Would hire them again!

My gutter had come off the roof and need several of the anchors put back in so it would stay in place. Higher Ground Gutters came on time and did a fantastic job at a very fair price. Another competitor on Angie's List quoted twice the price of what Higher Ground quoted me. They also installed a gutter cover which now keeps the leaves out. I could not be more pleased with the job they did and would definitely use them again.

A fantastic job on the gutter installation. Edwin listened to my requests patiently on the uniqueness of the project and did his own research too and made good suggestions. I had started the project myself, did 1/4th of it and hired Higher Ground Gutters to compete the job. He made sure the necessary materials were in place before starting the project and made suggestions on the roof valley diverters. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend.

Very professional and yet personable team. Edwin is the one who gives quotes, and his brothers take care of installation. Last year, we had gutter guards installed - they work perfectly. This year, after roof work, we replaced gutters and installed some spouts. The team is extremely professional even though it rains so much and they keep getting overwhelmed, they complete all their jobs. They even showed me how to get on my roof correctly without disturbing my gutters in order to clean them once in a while. When there was an adjustment needed in a spout, Edwin showed up on Sunday afternoon to make sure we were satisfied. They know their limitations (i.e. what they can do and what they do not do) and stick to their strengths. Overall excellent contractors to work with.

This company is excellent. Phone calls and emails are answered right away. Prices are equal to or less than other gutter businesses. The guys doing the work were on time, extremely polite and professional. They went over and above to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction, even made last minute changes with no complaints or extra charges. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful company! It's 3 brothers who are exceptional. The work was a bit tricky because I have a pool screen enclosure with a section of heavy duty metal gutter already installed, but it was leaking and I thought it would have to be replaced, which would have been expensive. But Edwin looked and saw that all it needed was some caulking and said they'd do that at no extra charge. I truly appreciate their honesty! They figured a way to connect my pool gutter to the new gutter perfectly. [It was a tricky spot due to my pool screen enclosure being right up against it.] So I knew I had the right company to do business with. They got me on their schedule right away and in a couple of days I had new gutters. They are very polite, work hard and are done in just a few hours. This is the company to use!

Crew arrived on time, very thorough and professional, did everything that was listed in the contract, good experience. Took down old gutters, installed new gutters in the front and back of the house.i
