THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. I ASKED FOR A CERTAIN PATTERN IN THE FLOOR, AND THEY GAVE ME A COUPLE OF CHOICES. I TOLD THEM WHAT MY GOAL WAS, AND THEY ACCOMPLISHED IT. I HAD ALREADY SETTLED THE PRICE BEFORE THEY GOT HERE. THERE WAS A LITTLE MORE WORK THAN THEY THOUGHT, SO IT WAS A FAIR PRICE BECUASE THEY DIDN'T RAISE IT. THEY STUCK RIGHT WITH THEIR WORK AND TURNED THE JOB AROUND IN ONE DAY. THEY HAD A LOT OF WORK TO DO. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE EXPERIENCE.
