Terrible! The only time my emails/phone calls were returned by Ms. Maurer was previous to us signing the contract to list our property. We were told pictures of the property would be posted the following week. Not only was this not done, but my emails to Ms. Maurer were never returned and the pictures were never posted (only a drawing of the lot). We don't know that/if the property was ever listed on Lands & Homes (as initially told) again, email communications not returned. We don't know if there was any activity or prospective buyers; we received absolutely no information for the six months of the listing. The listing ended and still, no word from Ms. Maurer. I would NEVER recommend this agent to anyone. Absolutely terrible customer service!
