flower arrangement ever for the second time!!! - Flowers ordered for mother?s
day. Total charge for flowers $95.60
I order flowers for Mother's Day,
when they arrived they looked nothing like the advertisement. This is the
second year in a row that this has happened. To top this already embarrassing
situation they sent out someone to take the flowers back from my mother. This
is completely unprofessional in every way. Now of course they have come up with
some ridiculous charge of $25 and will not refund my money in its
entirety.
When I called to explain my feelings
on the totally unprofessional actions of this company they had the audacity to
suggest that I no longer do business with them. !!!WHAT!!! Are you serious??
You falsely advertise an inferior product and you suggest that I don?t use your
services. Absolutely unbelievable customer service!!!!

I feel I should be reimbursed the entire sum of money
completely out of the principal of the matter. This transaction was $95.60
I do not agree that I should have to pay anything for this
transaction in which I have absolutely nothing to show for.
If this company is not held accountable for these actions
why would they need to stock more than this one bouquet of flowers? They could
just continue this scam and collect the $25 and resell the same inferior
product over and over and over again. What a business plan!!!
