Our back yard slopes down to a creek bed. My neighbor planted beans along the fence line. She pulled up the plants and did not re-sod the sandy ground. During the rainy season a trench developed and undermined my fence. The association made her fill in the trench but she did it herself and elevated her land above mine. After a few more rains my land began to erode. C &A Landscaping trucked in a load of clay and pack and sodded the land around the fence to stop the erosion. Everyone was polite and professional and the work is holding up.
