They were good. Punctual and clean.

Scheduled installation for 5/28, but materials "did not arrive" so rescheduled for 5/30. Installer had to come back a 2nd day (even though Andre said it would be finished in one day), but glass door was too small - had to be reordered & moldings did not match color of walls. Andre said he had quoted price for "standard" door & ours was "custom" so was going to cost $275 more & had to be ordered. Installer returned a week later with door/ trim but not enough molding to finish job. Another week later, installer arrived with wrong size molding. He installed a smaller size molding (width) that did not match the right side of door opening or top of wall. Andre could not understand that I wanted the color of the moldings to match the walls & that 2 sizes of moldings on the same door opening were not alright! He said that these were the same moldings he used in his showroom & several different sizes are used. We were not happy & Andre said to pay balance but withhold $300 from payment as he would order correct molding (which he was supposed to do the week before) and come back next week to install it. We highly doubt that they will come back to install the correct product as they feel they have put too much time & manpower into this already & think they are losing money. If they had only measured correctly to begin with & paid some attention to detail. The technicians are competent enough, but we feel we've been lied to at every turn by the owner/salesman. I was told the front edges could be bullnosed, but then moldings were put on to cover edges. No discussion of the size of the door ever came up when measuring the job; he even took pictures of the existing shower/door before ordering materials. But then said that I should have mentioned the size of the door. This is advertised as a one day installation and we are now at the third week and counting. As of this date, the shower is not completed to our satisfaction.

Salesman friendly and informative but late for appointment. Had to come back to re-measure-late for that appointment and my husband could not wait. Appointment rescheduled that evening, late for that appointment as well. Work promised, 1 month after order and I was called with a date for installation. Received a call the day before, that installation would be a day late. New day set and workers there when promised. Tub looks great, very pleased at this point. The lever for tub stopper no longer works, replaced with a stopper that must be worked by hand. Did not have other estimates so don't know if price was reasonable.
