Very professional and cost was very reasonable. Gave estimates for three different levels of units for us to make educated decision. Made sure unit was working properly before leaving and made check up phone calls to make sure new unit was working properly. Would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again.

The work was excellent, very efficient, the other condenser needed a part to be replaced and he was able to get the part and fixed the AC condenser for us. I asked him a question about my hot water heater, a previous contractor said that I needed a new hot water heater and tried to sell a $1600 50 gallon water heater which I did not need, Enginair Air & Refrigeration, LLC just turned the temperature up and that fixed the whole problem with my hot water heater at no extra cost.

They showed up the same day. They diagnosed the issue and replaced the thermostat. They also did a general assessment of the system. I was very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. I would use them again without hesitation.

They were able to obtain a good unit in a couple of days and were here the next day and install it. The workers were neat and efficient. Work completed in a timely manner.
