BASS ELECTRICAL SVC OF MADISON

Years ago we bought a generator. We received a quote from Bass Electrical to run the electrical service for us. We called to schedule the work . They never returned our calls. Later they told us that they were busy. Later we remodeled a large garage to kitchen, bath, living room and dining room. I did most of the framing work and insulation. We received a quote from Bass. I thought the earlier problems were a misunderstanding. We were slow starting the electrical work. I asked if he needed to change his quote. He said no, and I said if costs were out of range we could work it out. When they started work, they came at odd times. It was as if they came from another job. They worked hard when they were here. When they left, they filled my trash barrels, and I had to take them to the dump myself. I paid him before all the work was completed, as I was concerned that trim out might be some time into the future. When he came by to get paid, he was supposed to hook up my hot water heater that I asked him to do. He took the check and said he would be by later. We never saw him again. I called him many times, left messages. No response. Later, we discovered that he did not run several lines-- after the dry wall was installed. It cost $466 to finish with another electrician.
