When I met Otto the first time he showed up with his plumber and electrician to see what I wanted done.I had my insurance adjuster's reprort with me, I thought the adjuster's estimate was low and doubted the house could be made livable within those parameters. The mitigation company had even taken out my bathroom fixtures and the insurance did not cover the cost of new fixtures.I suggested keeping the old tile to save a few thousand. Otto said the tile was dated and needed to be replaced. I told Otto I needed to stay within the insurance allowance. The rebuild estimate Otto gave me was within the insurance. I expected to have to choose lower grade materials and to cut corners whenever possible. What I got was first rate materials and beauiful finishing. At all times Otto made the process easy for me. More than once he told me he wanted me to be pleased with the result. I am so impressed with Otto Wallace Construction. Clearly this company is guided by pride in the finished product. I do not know how Otto managed to do the rebuild within the insurance allowance but he did and the house looks wonderful. Really impressive! This is the dream builder.

He is a man of his word and we never had a problem. he prioritized work so home went from unlivable to liveable in a short time, then he worked around and helped our move in and living there while work was completed.
The job went as planned with him putting in lot's of extra effort in the name of doing it right.
He made what could have become a stressfull time enjoyable.

Do use the people he recomends like Otto, they are Artist's in their own fields.
