BEWARE!!! They will rip you off. I took a friend's lawn mower there and they said $40 to fix it.. When he went to pick it up, they charged $55 and told him it was water and trash in the fuel. OK... so it worked fine when he got it back so we didn't complain. I took my lawn mower there and asked them to rebuild the carb. They called and told me it was water and trash in the fuel, and they needed to change the spark plug and fuel filter. The symptoms were not at all related to those items, but OK.. as long as it works when I get it back. $65 and it DID NOT run right when I got it back. It ran WORSE!! So, I took it back and explained... THREE WEEKS later... I had to call them to find out what's up. They said it was water and trash in the fuel, and showed me a jar with dirty fuel... and wanted to charge me another $35. I went home and poured some of my fuel into a jar and waited for it to settle... NO water or trash. I took the jar to them and showed them and he started getting hostile and asked if I was calling him a liar. I said somebody was lying.. because that is the only fuel I use. Ethanol free gasoline at a premium price and not stored in the weather. BEWARE OF CROOKS!!

The repair was good because the oil stopped leaking and the engine stopped smoking. I am somewhat disappointed because
when my husband mowed the grass the first time, a fuse blew out and now the mower keeps blowing fuses.  It may be a
coincidence because the mower is old  but another repair is on the way because it keeps blowing fuses.

Very rude, unprofessional and insulting people.  When my riding lawn mower needed a part, rather that calling me about the delay, they just kept my mower for several days (after telling me it would be ready the same day).  When I called about it, more than one person actually hung up on me.  Finally, someone told me that they never call customers about delays.

I have never been spoken to this way by people in a professional establishment.  I asked that they just bring my mower back unrepaired and I would pay pick up and delivery charges.   Now I have to find someone else to repair my mower, while my grass continues to grow!
