Contacted Melissa, the owner of Zalkim, about a month before heading down to Florida from my primary residence in North Carolina in order to schedule a visit for an estimate.  Since I was only going to be in Florida for a week, I needed assurance that Zalkim could order, deliver and install the blinds within that time-frame.  Melissa came by early Saturday morning (September 15th), and took measurements of the sliding glass doors and the window I wanted covered.  Next Melissa and I discuss the material I wanted for the blinds and reviewed a few large sample books of the options and colors available to me as well as a portfolio of previous work completed.  We agreed on the best options for my needs and negotiated a price.  I reminded Melissa that I needed the blinds installed by Friday (September 21st), of that week as I was flying back to North Carolina early the next morning.  Melissa promised, they could meet my time-line.
True to her word, the blinds were installed on Friday afternoon.  They looked great !!!  Glad I used Zalkim and would highly recommend this company for fast, reliable service as well as excellent product and pricing.
