The weekly pool maintenance is fine--that alone I would rate "A". I think maybe the price is high, based on flyers I've seen offering pool service in my area.
I had a problem with their installation of a new pool pump. My original motor burned out about two years ago. It came with the house when I moved in so it might have been at least 7 or 8 years old. Weston pool installed a new "pump." I thought the equipment they installed had a two-year complete warrantee. But when the motor burned out after about a year-and-a-half the owner told me that only the pump had a two-year warrantee and that the motor was warranteed for only one year. Maybe so, but when he sold it to me it was described as a combination pump and motor and the sales agreement said two years warantee but did not mention the one-year limit on the motor. In fact the motor was not mentioned in the sales agreement which I thought was because the motor and pump were sold to me as a single unit.
After some discussion I agreed to pay for the motor if he would install the pump with no labor cost. I was not satisfied but thought it was the best I could do under the circumstances.

The pool care guy applies correct doses of chemical and keeps the pool in good shape. However, they run on autopilot, and any reports such as pump leaking etc are attended after several reminders.
