I just can’t stop bragging about this company to people looking for a cleaning company. My goodness, what a find. Everyone from owner to front line employees were professional, courteous, & considerate. They were hired to clean up behind a “not so clean” construction crew that were hired to repair & replace an existing ceiling. They stayed on the job all day, cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, & moving furniture & other items. They did an outstanding job in an expeditious time frame. There appears to be no limit to the things they will tackle that need cleaning, organizing, moving, or disposal. They’re not cheap, but affordable. Really good things in life are never cheap.

I hired them based off of Richards' presentation of total home post construction cleanup, a top to bottom approach. My home is about 3300 sq ft and after a full remodel, it was dusty everywhere especially the windows/walls/flooring. The flooring needed extra care as there were grout smudges that you could see when the light hit it. I'm very meticulous on cleanliness and, while its hard to say, they did a better job that anyone could have. I'm pleased overall with the work but I do wish it could've been. The workers were polite, respectful and worked all day non stop to finish. I would highly recommend them as you will get what you pay for.

Richard responded to me quickly, got me a fair estimate and had a crew that was willing to work weekends as my contractor was behind but my movers weren’t! The did a complete clean of a 3500 sqF house that was covered in construction dust — plus a 750 sqF garage. Every surface, every window, every cabinet, every drawer and every shelf was clean and ready for me to move in. He even suggested getting the tile refinished that we had left down during the renovation — I hand’t thought of it but it looked great when we were done. I can’t say it was cheap, but in the end it was worth every penny to start in my new house and have it be spotless where 48 hours before it was everything was covered in dust! Thank you!

Only 2/3 of the work was completed and even though the own we stated he would do anything I need to satisfy me, that never happened. To this day I am waiting to hear back from them about the project getting completed even though I was told they would have to cut my newly installed floor to finish. The work was completed by another handyman and no need to damage my floor. I would not hire them ever again

The windows could not be done and I am still waiting for them to send to my association a letter to place a roof for my patio and gutters. If I don't hear from them very soon I will hire another.

Tech came 2 hrs late after rescheduling installed dishwasher, left sink leaking. Told him there is a small leak upstairs wasn't interested. Told me to go get supplies whatever, should have done it myself. Couldn't have been worse.
