They told me that price was all inclusive. But then when they came it was extra to wrap the glass because if they just wrap it they are not responsible if it breaks so they had to bubble wrap it and box it. I had three glass tables and they charged me $150 for each table. It was just a mess. I was happy with the quote but it ended up being more. I had looked into several different companies. I actually gave a deposit to another company but went online and say they had a bunch of complaints so I got my money back and went this company. They were more expensive but they had good reviews. However, I think it was a bunch of college students moving my stuff.

I was not happy with them. The estimate was $1300, I ended up paying them $2000. They were very slow. I ended up having to sit a brand new couch out on the street because they could not get it out the door. It did not dawn on them to take the door off the hinges. They couldn't get it on the elevator. It was delivered through the same elevator. I had to pay extra for them to take it down four flights of stairs. Then they couldn't get it in the new apartment door. So I ended up sitting a suede couch on the street. They delivered the glass top to my table, but the frame, I don't know what happen to end. I don't think these guys are professionals. They were nice, but became a little agitated. They got frustrated they couldn't get the couch through the door, but they didn't know what they were doing. They arrived on time, but they were slow, slow, slow. We almost didn't get it all in the new building, you had to have all moving in by 4pm.
