Work was done on an emergency basis, and I had to keep calling them to obtain permits after work was completed Failed first inspection, but they promptly made the required changes. Took four months and several phone calls to get them to call for reinspection. Installers were very workmanlike and arrived promptly.

We did have an issue with the condenser going out and they replaced under warranty with no issue. They were very responsive. It was hot. Florida was hot. I had a tenant in the house. I wasn't home. I secured everything. I organized it remotely and they took care of everything for me and got a new condenser order and installed within two days.

I would give them a satisfactory grade. We have a contract with them. It's an annual fee of $100 or more. They could do better with their pricing. They have communication gaps. There were service connections and coordinations that never went smoothly.

The system stopped working again 2 days later.

Matt and Simon from Polar Bear are great to work with, they have done multiple jobs for me over the past two years. On this particular occasion I had a very tight deadline to get this done and they delivered! We had the AC installed in no time and it is working wonderful. I must add that besides the tight deadline I had a very specific look that I wanted since I was going for the "industrial chic" design aesthetic, however, I didn't exactly know how this would look or how to explain it. Matt worked with me and was very patient and professional. Everyone comments on how amazing the exposed "industrial" AC ducts look and I could not agree more. Excellent work!
