The whole experience was awesome. From the 1st consult everyone was always on time (In South Florida this never happens) and very professional. All of our wants and suggestions were heard and incorporated into the design. The crew was professional and went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed and irrigation was sufficient to keep it lush. The crew was amazing. Excellent work and cleaned up very well. The front yard garden was re-mulched, pulled weeds, added new plants, trimmed hedges and trees. The back and side was also trimmed and added new hedges. They also added stepping stones and river rocks.

Luke and his team at Pink and Green are phenomenal. They did a very large and cumbersome tree removal project on my property and I am incredibly pleased with their work. I finally have back an whole 1/2 acre of my property that was over run by trees and foliage. Luke is very hands on and came over every day personally to ensure the project was progressing according to schedule. His communication with me was awesome and I am a stickler for good customer service and follow up. I will absolutely use them again for any upcoming projects I have, small and large.

I have used Pink and Green for my home and offices and find them to be the best!! The owner, Luke, is very knowledgeable and knows just what to do and what plants to plant!! After they were done with my lawn, my neighbors stopped and made sure I knew how beautiful my home looked. We felt very comfortable with Luke when he first came out to estimate our job. He was professional, polite and arrived on time. What we particularly liked about Luke was his knowledge of which plants would work well and which would not work well based on the amount of sun our property gets and the specific placement of the plants and trees, as well as climate conditions and other factors, such as budget. Pink and green charges $199 to do a computerized rendering of your job. We took advantage of this and went back and forth a number of times to adjust the renderings that Luke provided. All the changes we discussed were incorporated into the rendering until we were able to have a good vision of what to expect. For this service, Pink and Green applied the $199 charge to the cost of the job. There are other companies that will do a rendering or partial rendering without this charge, but having paid for it made us feel comfortable with making as many modifications as we wanted until we were satisfied. The only small critique here would be that the renderings exhibited plants that were fully grown whereas the actual plants were smaller than expected as compared with the drawings. But we know that things grow quickly in South Florida, so we're expecting things to fill out in the coming months. The job itself went very smoothly. They are a very hard-working and professional staff and they will do whatever the customer wants. They start early and arrive on time and do their work quite professionally. The only suggestion here would be that the customer should be on-site and readily available to make on-the-spot decisions and changes. If you are investing a large sum of money, as we did, it's important to take the time and make sure that you are getting the results you expect. Luke took all of our changes and tweaks in good stride and was very accommodating and helpful. He has a very zen personality and I can't imagine him being anything but professional and polite. When all was said and done, we were very happy to have worked with Pink and Green. We believe that we achieved our vision of a lush and tropical landscape around our pool and greatly improved curb appeal in the front yard. I'm probably saying that they are slightly on the expensive side because all of our requested adjustments kept the price a moving target. So we will take at least half the blame for the sticker shock, but truth be told, you do get what you pay for, and we totally love our new gardens. On a side note, we also have had great experiences with Pink and Green's office staff. Jennifer, in particular, was a pleasure to work with. She was attentive and detail-oriented and always followed up when she said she would. An excellent experience on that front. All in all, we would recommend Pink and Green for any size project. Some of the other reviews here were a bit surprising to read, and we want to be clear that those are NOT reflective of our experience at all.

I bought their $1300 package on Angies List which Pink and Green Lawn Care did not want to honor without me spending thousands more. The first design they created was for $8500 and the second for $2500. They sent me an email response stating if I was not willing to pay the difference between the $1300 and their design estimate I would need to contact Angie's List for a refund; however, it had been more than 30 days so no refund was possible. I had to get Angie's List Complaint Resolution involved to force the company to honor the package they advertised and/sold on Angie's List. The installers who came out, were punctual, but stated they usually only work on $10K jobs, which is apparently why they had no interest in honoring the $1300 package offered on Angie's List. I have enclosed pictures of the final job which only covered about 2/3 of the front of the house, for a price of $1300. Pink and Green Lawn Care created a negative and frustrating experience which was unnecessarily stressful and I regret having anything to do with this company.

I have been a long time loyal customer of Pink & Green. Last month they notified me that they were closing out their residential service and I would need to find another company to service my lawn. They said I could continue for double the cost per cut or go with a company they recommended. The notice of this change came barely 2 weeks before the change date of August 1. This forced me to shop for another company with virtually no notice. I would never recommend this company to residential clients and I would warn commercial customers to be careful. Cutting loyal customers loose with scant notice because those customers are no longer needed is both unprofessional and self serving.

Pink and Green took excellent care of my lawn, far better than I had ever been able to accomplish on my own using typical hardware store products.

Were hired two years ago to border and fill a number of beds around trees and shrubs. Initially looked great but it turned out the border they supplied needed to be nailed or spiked to stay in place. Because they failed to do this, the borders have come out and they are not easy to put back. See border material photos below. Supplied them with the same photos to prove my point but they have been silent. I feel their claim that too much time has passed doesn’t fly because they didn’t do the work properly in the first place.
