I use Frank and his crew for every painting need and they always deliver excellent work, this time no exception, highly reocmmend.

I have a 1 storey 5000 square foot home and altogether I spent around $4000. I liked the professionalism, everyone who came out was very nice down to the man who gave the estimate. They setup the time and they showed up on time and it took them 3 days to put the 3 layers on paint on the house after pressure washing it like they said it would, it looked amazing, they didn't get any paint anywhere else everything was on the house and they did a great job taping up the edges and trim to keep everything clean. They had someone come out a few days later to inspect the house to make sure the job was done right and they did a couple touch ups that I didn't even notice.

It wasn't a good experience. The quality of the work was poor, they didn't arrive fully equipped for the job, and they were very slow. They were so slow, in fact, that they only completed one room.

They were very good.

Great! This is the second time I've used Frank and crew (They painted interior last year).

How refreshing to have everything go exactly as planned with no surprises. I would definitely use Frank again.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. The service went okay. I don't feel like the coupon was eight hours, one man for eight hours, then basically because I had a lot to paint they sent me two painters. They were done in a lot less, one painter was only there for two hours and the other painter took another, total hours between the two painters was six hours. So it was still less than the coupon, but he still charged me an an additional amount for sending me two painters which I didn't really agree with. I didn't have any problem with the painter, the painters painted really fast and were good. They didn't come prepared because I told them the ceiling height and they didn't have a ladder that reached to that, but other than that everything was fine.

It went fine. He was very good. He was on time and he was here when he was supposed to be here. He was very responsive. I would use them again in the future.

Painter showed up right on time, was courteous and totally professional. His attention to detail was simply phenomenal. The quality of his work was fabulous.

It went very well and I am very satisfied with the final result.



Here are all the details of my transaction:



I purchased a coupon from Angie's List for and quot;Painter for a Dayand quot; for $199.



When I called to book the appointment, the guy was pretty quick with me on the phone. He offered me an appointment a few weeks from the date that I called. I asked if he had anything sooner? They were really booked up. So I would suggest that if you purchase the coupon - - - try to book the service right after your purchase, especially if you need the painting to be done fairly quickly. I probably waited too long to book it, and I had to wait around at least three weeks if I remember correctly. I felt like I was booking a really popular doctor! i.e. and quot;Dr. So and So can't see you until such and such month.and quot;



Also - - read the coupon carefully. I thought that, when the painter was at my house, the painter would be able to either paint OR prep (i.e. do some plastering, sanding, etc.) however when I spoke to the guy on the phone he was very clear and said and quot;This is just to paint, not to prep. All your prep work already needs be done by the time we get there.and quot;



I suppose in my mind I'm thinking - - if the walls need to be prepped, and I'm buying all the materials, and I'm trying out your company with a coupon for one day so I can determine whether I like you so I can hire you to do the entire rest of the job for the next couple of days (in which I would then pay you full price for those days) then why would you want me to call a different company to do the prep work just so that you can come to only paint? My thinking is that I'm getting a and quot;painter for a dayand quot; and most painting companies offer prepping and painting services. It sort of goes hand-in-hand, no? If I'm buying all the materials, does it really matter if the guy spends seven hours painting or seven hours prepping? But they are very literal about it. The painter will only paint.



**In no way am I knocking the company. I'm just saying, don't be like me and imagine anything other than what's exactly on the coupon! :)**



When I went back and read the coupon, I do believe that what he said was in line with the coupon. The coupon was just slightly vague, and I could have probably argued about this point, but I chose not to. I knew I was going to have to wait a few weeks anyway so there was more than enough time for my friend to prep my place as much as possible beforehand and I paid him to do it instead of the painting company.



He was also very clear about what kind of paint I should purchase. and quot;Make sure to buy Behr Paint with Primer already in it. That will make the job go faster and it will look better.and quot; I found that very helpful because it made purchasing all of the paint a lot easier for me. It narrowed down the field considerably and made everything really simple. And, I wholeheartedly agree with him - it did come out very nice.



I asked him and quot;How much space do you think the painter would be able to cover?and quot; I told him I had a two bedroom condo. He said and quot;He could probably paint your whole apartment in a day.and quot;



On the day of the painting, the painter arrived. I know it said and quot;Painter for a Dayand quot; but for some reason I was wondering why the guy was alone. I guess I thought and quot;How is one guy going to be able to paint my whole two bedroom apartment in one day?and quot;



The guy's name was Jorge and he was VERY nice and VERY professional. He did an absolutely incredible job, considering that my friend still hadn't really prepped the surfaces so perfectly. He was very helpful and easy to work with. I was a bit scared from the call that maybe the painter would only paint on certain surfaces, so I felt incredibly lucky when he agreed to paint the ceilings as well as the walls.



So the good news is that while they only paint (when you buy the coupon) - - rest assured that they will paint anything you want!



At 3 PM on the dot, he started packing up to leave. (He arrived at 8 AM). Again - - back to reading the coupon - it was very clear that it was for and quot;up to 7 hoursand quot; of service.



Of course he was not able to paint my entire apartment in just 7 hours, so that's another area where these things can become vague. i.e. Here's my thinking on this... How much space does 7 hours of painting cover? It really depends, right? On the color used, and the size of the space, and the quality of the surface. I would have preferred an answer like that when booking the service instead of something that ended up to be not totally realistic.



However, I do have to say that he painted A LOT of surface area, and he worked really hard during that 7-hour period. Also, when he arrived we chatted about and quot;what surfaces could we realistically cover in seven hours.and quot; We agreed upon the surfaces he would cover, and at the end of the day he did deliver on that agreed upon plan so Jorge managed his time well.



OK so overall, I highly recommend them and would just say that, if purchasing a coupon remember to book early (since tons of people are probably buying the same coupon), and be reasonable in your own estimate of what $199 and 7 hours will cover in your apartment since the company does not come out and do a site check to give you a customized idea, and listen to them when they tell you what materials you need.

Absolutely amazing. The painter was on time and did a wonderful job. Not only was he super fast but extremely meticulous, detailed, and accurate. My wife and I could not believe that such a great job could be done without using tape (for the edges) or removing socket plates. Very impressed.
The owner of the company was there to supervise for 75% of the work and was very polite and considerate. We will definitely be using them again and have recommended this company several times.

We had purchased a big deal, and the service turned out mediocre. I wanted them to do some light patch work, which they didn't do a good job on, and so after putting the new coat of paint, you can see where the patchwork was done, and some of the paint is chipping. I haven't gotten around giving the guy a call, but we need them to come back out and do the patchwork. The guy who came out was nice, he had the equipment to do the job. The paint was still wet, and if he would have given it time to dry, he would have noticed that there were some imperfections that needed some work. He then tried to touch up some spots that were messed up. I wanted him to do some touch up on the ceiling, and I think he got some of the white paint, and the blue paint and the job didn't look 100%. The wall that needed most of the work didn't come out right. We waited for 3 weeks for him to come out, and so, I ended up doing most of the painting myself, and so, he wasn't there for the entire time frame, that I had paid for, and the area that we had the most work is not 100%. I had to call him like 3 times, and then we set up a date, which was 3 weeks from the initial call, and he did not do a follow up call, after the work was done, which I was not pleased about, especially if you have subcontracted, which seemed to be the case.

Fantastic! Frank was a great person with whom to work and his team were equally wonderful on the job. From the quoting experience through to the end of the job, Frank was timely, clear on his job details (what he would do and when) and then followed up with a team who arrived on time and performed the work with care - other than my house looked great and had a new coat of paint, you never knew someone was actively working on my house each day - you had no remnants of paint on the grass or shrubs - my home was left in better shape than they found it each day. Also, Frank's quote was about $2000 less than the other firm's quotes for the exact same work and products used. (And my house looks better than those who used the higher price vendors!)

The painter arrived home on time and ready to get started. He was professional and courteous. He inspected the paint we had bought and quickly prepared tools to get started on the job. He did a very good job in terms of quality of the painting and cleanliness. We did not have to clean a single drop of paint form the floor. He was responsive and diligent in terms of all the requests we made and he ended up painting significantly more area than we had anticipated he could do in 7 hours. He also spent significantly less paint than we had purchased. All in all, a great experience and we would definitively hire Painpros again for any of our painting projects.

All went well, very patient and professional. I forgot I had to supply the paint for the painter. Luckily had some paint left in the storeroom with which he started off and that gave me time to run to Home Depot to get more paint. Painting of rooms was done in a clean manner - no spots left behind and the ceiling stayed clean too.

This company is an A Plus operation. I recieved a call back the same day I left the initial message and the experience just improved from there.
Frank worked with me and was very flexible as I only had a limited time frame that I would be in the area to contract this work on a rental property. He was timely and thorough, and had full knowlege of what needed to be done.
I was told to expect the estimate within a week, but received the estimate the very same day!
Frank was also great when the job had to be postponed due to pending Homeowner's Association approval. As soon as the approval was received, he was able to reschedule the job.
Job was done in a timely manner, without any concerns. The finished product was great! I did have to call him after the job was done because the door was forgotten, and he responded immediately and went back to complete the work.
I would highly recommend this company and I will be sharing his information with anyone in the area looking for a quality painter.

It went perfect. I would definitely recommend him. Everything is really nice. He is very efficient, he cleaned up after himself, he did a great job. He's very polite and nice. I called the guy and he called me right back. We set a date and he showed up right at what he said he was.

We purchased a coupon for the service. A painter arrived exactly at the time scheduled. He was extremely professional and completed the work quickly. As we had extra time, he offered to do some trim paint, but unfortunately for me, the paint I had on hand was bad. I thought the entire experience was great! I gave a B on responsiveness only because we have had a few minor issues in getting things scehduled.

Jorge arrived on time and worked steadily and efficiently. He kept me informed as to progress. Because he was able to complete what I had planned in less time than I estimated, he asked if I had other trim to be done and ended up doing all the door frames so they would match, not just the ones that has been necessary due to wear.

How did it go? Surprisingly poorly.

I used Angies List to find this guy, he was super responsive and even agressive in starting the work right after the estimate.. This should have been a red flag. I was interested in taking him up on a and quot;dealand quot; such as painting door frame
Now advertising on Living Social 7 hours of interior painting for $249. This is very similar to what he was offering from angies list as well. I thought i could at least get that amount deducted from what ever else was done. Instead i was charged a premium because the walls had been painted over too many times.

The work agreed upon wasn not done. Two workers were left to do the work that i had discussed with the boss. It took three trips back and the owner to actually perform the work before it was even acceptable.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I purchased 2 of the deals and I've used one. The work was good. They did a good job. They were prompt and on time. The guy did a good job and that's why I bought another of their deals. The guy was friendly. The price was good.

They were ontime, professional, neat and thorough with job - couldn't be happier - I'll be looking to do exterior with them soon

Owner and a spanish speaking painter came right on time. WHen the job was exxplained ot the owner , he watched the painter start and then left for a while. The painter was done by noon or 1:00 The owner returned for him and inspected the work at about 2. One of the uprights on a door frame was a little lighter than the rest, but it all had two coats. I ran over the light spot myself a few days later and idst looks just fine. They were fine with the paint I had bought and didn't use as much as I had predicted.
