This is truly a family owned and operated company. Their service was prompt, professional and they went out of their way to make the job right.From drawing the permit to the final inspection they were pleasant to deal with and Jim, one of the owners, came back to make a slight adjustment after the work had been completed. I couldn't have asked for a better professional company and highly recommend them.

Family Shutters measured the areas, wrote a contact and did all the permitting as required. Installing the shutters was a very quick process and they are all easy to slide across the tracks (they are accordion-folds) and lock - I just to use a little WD-40 once in a while. They stuck to their estimate and timetable. Two sets of French doors were of average size but the ones in the living room are much larger. They cleaned up after themselves, and at my request. Removed and disposed of the old flat metal screw in panels.

They were prompt on coming out for the estimate. The shutters were ready within the 2-6 week period given to me. They were quick, efficient, and professional. They even cleaned up the ground after installation. I will definitely contact them again if I can find the money replace the rest of my hurricane panels with these accordian shutters.
