Dull Construction

Dull Construction was wonderful. I was referred to them by my A/C repairman. They were very, very responsible and very, very reasonable. The big thing you look for when you're a senior is someone you can rely on, they say what they do, and they do it the correct way. They were reliable. The fellow from Dull does all the work himself. He's a young man in his 30's. He's very, very gifted. He just did what I asked him. He knew what was wrong and fixed it. He said, "You have an old fixture there, on the light switch. Did you want me to replace it?" I said, "Absolutely! If you would!" And he did, he replaced the panel going out the laundry room door which replaces the porch. But he always asks me first and then of course then he would run over to Home Depot and pick up the parts. I paid for all those little things, even if it wasn't in the initial estimate because he thought he was just looking at one thing. I'm very willing to do that when people are so reliable. I trusted him. He even offered to lend me a fan for the weekend. He allowed me to pay him three times in three checks. He's a very good worker. I would tell anybody to use Dull Construction.
