Clean A Place

arrived late. Did a very poor job of cleaning. Seemed to hate the fact that cleaning a home was her job and skipped cleaning floors,countertops, appliances, dining room. Used one dirty rag on all surfaces and left the house worse than when she started. Stay away from this company as the manager knew of this situation and never tried to correct it with us. she left early and charged us full amount.

I bought a coupon on another site. $180 for 4 hours of services. Cedric called me back promptly. They told me that they could meet a variety of my needs, really anything that handyman would be needed for, painting, baseboards etc. We made an appointment for one of the employees to come out to look at what needed to be done and give me an estimate. Stood me up, eventually answer the phone and said that two of his employees have been an accident. Made another appointment, the guy came late, gave me an astronomical price. Made an appointment with Cedric for the worker to come out to do the work for the coupon, stood me up. I called back, and was told by Cedric that he himself would be coming out to my house to perform the work. You guessed it, stood me up.

After having recent home repairs I hired Clean A Place to clean throughout the house; removing Sheetrock dust and all other signs of repairs that were originally caused by a water leak. The Clean A Place team came in with very short notice and what started as a house cleaning job turned into a number of other projects. They moved from one unanticipated task to the next seamlessly including; cleaning grout and steaming tiles, and staining a deck! They finished each task to perfection. Their prices were more than reasonable and their willingness to go the extra mile, accepting additional project requests were all greatly appreciated. The team was professional, pleasant and a pleasure to deal with!
