This company was recommended by a friend that used them a few times before. I called them and made an appointment. Technician was punctual and professional and arrive in uniform. He took my computer and called and emailed me that night after he performed a diagnostic and advised me that my hard drive crashed and the cost of a replacement. He told me that since my hard drive wasn't completely dead, he was able to recover my data and pictures. A few days later, he called me again and told me my hard drive had arrived and he reprogrammed my computer and restored my data. I had my computer in less than a week and it works better than it has in a while. He even gave me pointers and tips on how to optimize my computers usage and keep things working properly. They even gave me a warranty on the work and the hard drive came with warranty as well. These guys really know what they are doing and are so professional, I would so use them again.
