He was great! Punctual, professional, and personable. He arrived precisely at the appointed time and began work. He was fast and quiet and completely unobtrusive, though he did take time to humor our toddler daughter who was fascinated by this new person in the house! He was very understanding and did not seem to mind her showing him his toys. This did not interfere with his work in any way, and he was still able to get the job done in about an hour and a half, which is amazing since we have two large balconies with three sets of sliding doors, which he cleaned inside and outside. He also was considerate enough to clean the inside of my husband's office doors before my husband began work so as not to bother him.

The windows go from floor to ceiling. We live on the water and get lots of soot and dust from ships going by. He does a lot of people's windows in this, and my daughter's, building. When you call, he comes, and no one can do a better job. He is also so nice, which is a plus. There really is no service person in our 60 year marriage that has done a better job for us. We've used him for over 8 years.

He is a truly nice man. He was a pleasure to work with. He is reliable. He comes the minute he says he is. He did a fabulous job. Very good at what he does. His prices are very good especially for this area.
