Unresolved. We have contacted a new A/C company to help us. We will see if Goodman will expedite the parts. In the mean time we have a serious health situation with the residents.

He has worked for my roommate's family for 15 years or so. He will get here but he can be very late, which is okay because I'm home most of time. He does a thorough job. He can be sloppy at times and he doesn't clean up well after himself.
