"First off, We are sad to see Mr. [Member Name Removed] post such a negative review without merit. The actual cost was $10,700.00 not $13,000.00. As with any construction project, there can be some "punch out" items. We tried to set up a time and solutions to take care of these minor issues to no avail. After many e-mails back and forth, it was quite obvious they just didn't want to pay the $3,300.00 balance. . I have been in this business in Florida for 30 plus years, with many happy customers So I took $750.00 off of the balance, more than enough to correct these issues. I will be happy to show anyone the communications between us to show the effort we tried to resolve this matter."
