She left town and when she came back she called me and was upset that the work was not done..When I got there she kept adding things that we did not discuss and I tried to please her but was one of those customers that WANTED SOMETHING FOR NOTHING.. When I first met her she told me about another contractor that she had problems with and the same story that he stomped out of her yard and would not come back or answer her phone calls.. i take pride after 33 yrs in business in trying to go the extra mile to please my customers..Every now and then you fail..this was one of those times Steve"

"I replaced [Member name removed]'s Check valve and cleaned her well. Mrs. Arrington had left town during the process of the well cleaning which took a week. Upon completion of my work I tested her system and it seemed to have sufficient pressure but not great pressure. This was the whole reason I was called to her house in the first place, At that time her system had weak pressure and I told her then that her pump needed to be replaced but she didn't want to spend the money so recommended some alternatives like cleaning the well but told her I didn't think that would solve the problem. She agreed to try it and work thru the process if it didn't give her the pressure she was looking for. Once [Member name removed] returned home I never heard from her so I thought she was satisfied. During this whole process her neighbor was out there with me and confirmed everything that was going on. I have over 30 yrs experience in the Irrigation Industry and all I can do is recommend what needs to be done to my customers and hope that they trust in my judgement.
