Norma, Is one of the hardest working and responsible person we know. She does more for us than even our weekly house manager. We are often away from our beach house for several weeks and we have come to depend on her immensely! She has even gone hours before a storm to double check things are secure and is the first one to return to check for any damage. She not only cleans she troubleshoots. We feel very fortunate to have found her. We have a 4800 sq.ft. and rather higher end home and she recommended cleaning products I know love and use at our primary home too! Just cant say enough about this very trust worthy person.

We've been working with Norma for a few months now and couldn't be happier we found her! She consistently does a great job! She's very thorough - she even makes sure to dust the baseboards during each cleaning! She's trustworthy, quick to respond when setting up an appointment, and always arrives on time. I would definitely recommend Norma!

Norma has been cleaning my beach cottage every two weeks for over a year and her service is indispensable to me and my family. Norma is thorough, consistent, trustworthy and communicates with me on a regular basis so our schedules align. Her professionalism shows in the quality of her work - she tends to the day-to-day upkeep I don't have time to stay on top of (dusting, mopping, tube and tile, etc) and I've not once had to come in behind her to finish the job which has happened with other providers in the past. She goes above and beyond in my book by tidying up beds, putting any dishes left in the dishwasher away and keeping my all white tiled shower stay mildew free which is a real challenge. We really appreciate Norma and wholeheartedly recommend her.
