I spent about $80 on that service. They were very thorough and they explained to us what they were doing. Their professionalism, service and clean up was very good.

The work went very well. As a matter of fact, we were negotiating the service and installation of the furnace, and the air conditioning unit replacement from Michigan. They completed the work here in Santa Rosa on time. They were on time, did a wonderful job and came back on a couple of service issues immediately. They cleaned up after themselves. They were right on the money; actually, they were slightly less on price. Unlike a lot of service people, they came through when they said they were going to. They were dependable. I would rate them highly and would use them again.

The compressor outside had a huge leak, so Don and his sons were kind enough to come fill our freon up 3 times (early morning) to make sure we stayed cool until our new unit was installed. Ordering the unit was easy, they picked up everything the day we ordered it and were diligent in delivery and service. Also gave us all the paperwork needed to apply the new energy efficient unit on our tax return, informing us that it was eligible for a tax rebate of 30% of the total cost (including installation). They were on time, and Worked from 10-3:30 before taking a 20 minute lunch break, then returning to work. We had a few issues with our electrical box, so the 6 hour job turned into an 11 hour job (because our house had some issues that we were unaware of), and they stayed until 9:30pm to make sure everything was working properly (and gave us a brand new electrical box for our AC Unit for free).
