Emerald coast home servicez were punctual and efficient at performing there job at a very reasonable rate. I would hire them again and recommend them for a lot of basic home jobs such as pressure washing and repairs.

We have rental property in Niceville, FL that needed quite a few items to be fixed prior to our new renters moving in on July 1, 2018. Because the items ranged from wood rot repair, electrical, plumbing, pressure washing, lawn care, screen repair for a screened in porch, installation of a new tv shelf, and tile repairs on our outdoor lanai, I knew I needed to find a one stop shop that could handle our list so I would have one point of contact. Enter Emerald Coast Home Servicez and Tommy Taylor. Tommy responded to my initial email, which included my list of repairs, within an hour. He coordinated with my renters a time to come by the house to look at everything, take pictures, and gave me an estimate the next day. Tommy uses a website called Homewyse to generate his estimates and takes into account the actual work needed to generate a fair estimate. We hired Tommy and his crew and they did everything we asked of them (including additional items added on later like installing lanai ceiling fans and creating a custom tv shelf in our built in that was sagging). Since we live out of state, Tommy sent pictures and kept me updated as items got fixed and notified me if there were any issues or delays. Tommy was a professional and so was his crew. We would hire them again!

they did a good job and are able to do other repair items in my home.. It help to have one company to call that will assist in work that needs to be done.. they also clean my home for summer rentals.
