10-12 employees, no subs. Standard trip charge of $65, diagnostic charge of $50. If a new unit change-out is required this $115 will be credited to your invoice. Cooling Services has been in the Heating & Cooling business locally since 2005. We are small family owned business with Mother and 2 sons working with each other. We are very proud to be the only factory authorized Bryant dealer in Destin. We are members of the Destin Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau. In 2011 we were awarded the BBB Torch award for market place ethics.

The business first quoted $1200 for a 3 year old used condenser to replace the existing condenser at our house. They then installed an 8 year old condenser (the condenser they were replacing was only 7 years old) and charged $1560. As soon as we arrived at the house and notified them that we did not want the 8 year old condenser, they would not pick it up, replace it, or otherwise service the account. They did nothing. Our rental managerment co. which paid them also could get nothing out of them.
They also falsely told us that we needed to replace the inside air handler, which turned out to need nothing more than the coils cleaned.
