CAPS is a full service major home appliance repair company, providing service to the 30A corridor in Watercolor, Watersound, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, Seagrove Beach, Grayton Beach, Gulf Place, and Blue Mountain; and the Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, and Freeport, FL communities We know our way around major brands such as the GE, Whirlpool, Sub-Zero, Bosch, and Viking family of products. Owner came to evaluate the problem within 24 hours. Said we needed a new part. Installed part once it arrived. Called the owner back after a couple of days and told him the problem wasn't resolved, the ice maker was still not functioning. He said he'd be back out "as soon as possible." Phoned a week later and was assured he'd have someone come by. Two weeks later...same story. I finally asked for a refund and was told that was fine. That was three weeks ago.
