Had a great experience when I hired CertaPro, they delivered what they promised. They provided daily communication on paint status as I was traveling and wasn't able to see the work first hand. I was very pleased at my return, the condo now looks fantastic.

originally there was a problem with the paint color but the problem was resolved and the project looks great. Mike Tipton( painter) went out of his way to make it right and in the end all was well

The paint I had picked out was so light, when the sun hit the house in certain areas you can tell where; you couldn't see it before. They came back out and did the retouched. Wonderful people, wonderful job! Will use again!

These guys are professional, prompt, and do a great job for a fair price. I've used them twice for exterior home painting; a small home and a large estate. They provide the same high level of service regardless of the scope. They keep a clean site and take pride in their work. I don't usually take time to provide reviews, as most providers are simply average. These guys are exceptional and I highly recommend them!

I had four quotes on having the exterior of my house painted and chose to go with CertaPro even though they were not the least expensive. The team who quoted was professional and responsive and answered all of my questions. Once I gave the go-ahead, I was promptly contacted by a manager and a date and time were set to start the work.
The power-washing team showed up on time and did a thorough job. The painting crew showed up the next morning on time and ready to work. I was informed at the start of every day what work they would be doing that day and at the end of the day what work had been done. The job was completed within the time period I was given for the job, even with a couple days of bad weather.
I looked the job over at the end of every day and was prepared to point out anything that didn't get done, but everything was taken care of. I didn't have to point out anything left undone at the end of the job.
The crew was polite, professional, friendly and helpful in every way. The paint job was done neatly and with great attention to detail, even though my home was three stories and had a lot of detail work.
I would definitely use this company again and refer to friends.

I called CertaPro along with two other companies to provide me with an estimate. The guy who gave me the estimate was very thorough. He went into details about the type of paint they'd be using and this is something I appreciated. The guys did a good job with cleaning up. Terrence, the supervisor checked in with me daily to let me know what they had done. Painters showed up on time and were very friendly. They wore uniforms, which was nice for the security of my neighbors. My sister hired them to paint her home. Nice people. Will hire them again.

I was completely blown away by the professionalism of this company. Not only did they provide a detailed estimate on the spot. They also provided a two year warranty!!! The crew was also professional and provided awesome customer services. If you have any painting projects coming up I would call Certa Pro.

The painting crew show up on time. I didn't have to move any of my furniture or take pictures off the wall. The Painters were very nice and helpful. I felt very confident that my home was in good hands as I left home that morning. When I came home a few days later, I felt like I had a new home. It looked 100 times better. I'm so grateful I found a great painting company.
