Change out AC unit. Went very well ,they were prompt on time and did an excellent job.

Our rental property (and home that we will be returning to in a few more years) needed to have the air conditioner replaced as it wasn't functioning like it should due to its age. I called three different air conditioner companies and in the end chose Aire Serv because of their honesty, guarantees that we chose to purchase, and professionalism. I spoke with Ray Raya throughout the process and he answered all of my questions and was able to get the price (due to removing some of their built in guarantees that we chose not to get) of the air conditioner we chose to within $300 of another competitor. Even though Aire Serv was slightly higher, it ultimately came down to the honesty of Ray and the services that Air Serve offered that made choosing them a no brainer. They got us on the schedule as soon as they could and our renters told us that they left the place spotless after they left and that they couldn't tell that a new air conditioner was even installed. If we had to it again, we would choose Aire Serv.

Aire Serv professional technicians were very informative in helping me understand my options. They were unexpectedly prompt to take care of all concerns that I had. And each time I have called they excel in effective and positive communication.

Service was top notch! They were slammed and had all crews tied up since it was a Saturday late afternoon. Called me back to let me know that they would ensure someone got out there before going home for the day. Service was awesome and unit fixed that day!
