Project completely in timely fashion, according to contract.  Workers were very conscientious in keeping construction area clean:  plastic tarps covered furniture, floors were covered with plastic wrap, taped down to collect debris and prevent shoe print on floors. Each day each area  was vacuumed after work done .  Plastic tarps on driveway to collect any extra debris during balcony demolition and new wall construction.  Workers were respectful, courteous, and never left any personal garbage behind. Workers were very professional and paid great attention to detail in their work.  Wall was sealed very well during construction to prevent any more water intrusion, while waiting for multiple inspections.  Communication between ourselves and contractor was excellent throughout construction, and contractor was consistently on site during construction. Contractor was helpful and suggested some options for improvement in look of outside and interior game room ( replacing windows on other side of room to match new windows, paint colors for room, improving bar area access).
Per contract, payment draws were requested only after that specific work was completed to our satisfaction. Dale Rex as our contractor was exemplary in communication, attention to detail, and exceeded our expectations. And he only hires  workers that live up to his high expectations of professional and exemplary work.  Overall, we were very pleased with the outcome of our new game room, and do not have to fear any more water intrusion in the future.
